Affiliate Marketing Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Affiliate Program of Flipper Code Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions are intended to govern your participation in the Affiliate Program. By signing up for our Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms and policies.

2. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete Affiliate Program application via our website, weplugins.com. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application for any reason, including content deemed to be unsuitable.

3. Affiliate Obligations and Compliance

As an affiliate, you agree to comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, licenses, permits, judgments, decisions, and other requirements of any governmental authority that has jurisdiction over you.

4. Commission and Payment

Affiliates will receive a 20% commission on sales generated through their affiliate links. Payments are processed monthly, and only for amounts over $100. If the threshold is not met, earnings will roll over to the next month.

5. Promotion and Advertising

The Affiliate may use graphic and textual links both on their website and within email messages. The Affiliate may also advertise the “weplugins.com” site in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.

6. Discount Policy

Customers who purchase through an Affiliate’s link are eligible for a 10% discount on their purchase. Affiliates may not offer additional discounts or rebates on their own sites or through other channels without our prior written approval.

7. Intellectual Property

The Company grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access our site through HTML links solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Affiliate agrees not to use the Company’s trademarks in a manner that disparages the Company or its products or services.

8. Term and Termination

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.

11. Miscellaneous

By signing up as an Affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to be bound by all its terms and conditions. You understand that we may at any time solicit customer referrals on terms that may differ from those contained in this agreement.
