This follows up a similar review I left on wordpress.org. The plugin promises a lot. Out of the box, I experienced technical issues with correctly displaying 'first letter' options. The response time from Flippercode was very slow. After I provided them with admin & FTP credentials, they finally rectified the issue. After three weeks... Even though it is now correctly displaying the first letter avatar placements, the code itself creates several PHP errors--including: * Undefined offset: 0 wp-content/plugins/wp-user-avatar-pro/classes/class-avatar.php:35; * Function create_function() is deprecated wp-content/plugins/wp-user-avatar-pro/classes/class-wp-user-avatar-functions.php:58 When I queried the support team as to exactly what they had done (for documentation purposes) they never responded. I fixed a couple of issues in the PHP files due to deprecated issues myself. This should not have to happen. Running PHP v7.2.16 PHP-FPM and WP v5.1.1. This plugin is buggy--and needs updated. Customizing features such as font size on overlay, etc is not very clear. I basically had to experiment until I got the correct result. Still working on CSS conflict of image size being increased by 33%. Otherwise, a very nice plugin that I would like to see expounded upon.
