Frontend Submissions on Google Maps

Below form is created by using this addon. Once its submitted by user, info will be stored inside our plugin’s database which site admin can see in the backend. This addon can be used to collect any kind of info from your visitors. You can create dynamic fields for this form from backend which will keep on adding on the frontend. You can display these form entries on maps instantly / after approval from the back-end. Fill up the form,submit & hard refresh browser to see the entry on map.
