Gravity Form Submissions on Google Maps

This addon adds a “Your Current Location” field to allow users to specify their current location. When this form is submitted, our plugin captures the Gravity form submission and displays it on our google maps plugin. You can collect any info / questions / feedbacks from Gravity form & later displays all those submission on the map on your website. Please try submitting the form and you will see your submitted info on the google maps below form.
