Nonexistent documentation, only question-based support. Plugin is not intuitive, difficult to modify. Basic post and category filtering features not implemented. No option to add map markers from front-end.

This plugin has greatly improved our Contact Form 7 experience. Users can effortlessly share their exact location using markers and shapes on a Google Map. The autosuggest enabled textbox further streamlines the location input process. Great way to get user's location from contact form.

I find their support legendary. It is fast, efficient, to the point, and goes beyond the obligatory support. Being not technical, I had multiple questions, and all were solved within 24 hours. Communication was clear whether my request was a paying code change, or whether it was something they would do for free. A project manager was assigned for my code requests, who worked with the same efficiency and quality. And what they do for free goes way beyond the standard support; their aim really seems to be to help you build the perfect maps on your site, which, for me, is a sign of customer-oriented support. I would buy another Flippercode plugin without hesitation, because 'they have got my back.'
