It does everything I want - and much, much more - and is being continually upgraded and improved, with regular updates. I don't understand the negative reviews for customer support. Sometimes you need to allow a few hours for time zone difference but these guys have always been really helpful for me and they don't quit until a resolution is found. The plugin is the best I have found in its class. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Not so clear how to upgrade from free plugin to the pro version retaining all existing avatars (it's needed maintain the free version, although if disabled), but it's definitely a very good plugin. Only one thing, I find the free version's backend interface better than the pro version.
