I looked around a lot before deciding on this Google Maps plugin. The UI is a little clunky, but to be fair, it is less so than many paid plugins I've used. There are a few minor annoyances that I need to work out, like maps with multiple points not centering where they should, but the many excellently implemented features far outweigh that. The one feature I would like to see is map tinting. I can approximate a tinted map by playing around with the colors, but it would be great if I could just choose one color to tint the entire map.

It takes the whole creating custom templates out of your hands and let's you do it from the dashboard. Also customer support is very open to ideas on further improving the flexibility of the plugin. A must have for everyone doing something which requires multiple loops. Keep up the great job flippercode!

I waited for a year for this to be fixed, but the sorting functionality still doesn't work on the all posts page, which is the main purpose of the plugin. It's disappointing because that's the only way to scan through the most or least helpful posts according to user votes. The alternative is to open up each post individually, or export all the raw data and try to manually add up all the numbers manually.

While the plugin works well enough, it does cause issues with other parts of the website, namely user permissions. For whatever reason it removes the ability for anyone other than admins to create blog posts. Giving blog authors full admin permissions doesn't sit nicely with me.
