Functions as you'd expect and is fairly customizable, however, the documentation is essentially useless. There are also some serious limitations to customizations without extensions (haven't got any so I can't speak to extensions) and a lack of back-end simplicity which makes it a bit challenging or time-consuming to make some simple updates. The support has been quick and helpful at least!

WP Maps Pro is a wonderful plugin with an even more wonderful support team. I took over a website from another developer who had a subpar solution for the functionalities that this plugin fixed. However, due to the weird setup of the former developer's solution, this plugin was not functioning properly (not their fault). The support person at Advanced Google Maps (Ashok Singh) was absolutely amazing. He/she hunted down multiple issues that were not the fault of the plugin and helped me fix them before the website had to be pushed live. I was on a very tight timeline, and Advanced Google Maps made it happen with the perfect solution and an incredible support team. I cannot recommend Advanced Google Maps more highly. Since this plugin had very less customer reviews I was bit reluctant to purchase it but since it had all the features I was looking for, I finally decided to purchase it. When the map was integrated to my website I did face some issues but I should emphasize the customer support was awesome.
