Second time I rate this item after receiving great customer support. I had a number of minor issues with one of my maps and all were resolved in just a few days sequentially through constant daily communication with the Support team. This is great, it's how it's supposed to be, since having functional maps up and running for visitors is crucial. Again, this is the best WP map plugin out there. Tons of features, flexible, customisable and great integration with snazzy maps and other stuff. The integrated Google maps type-as-you-go search box is just awesome. If you're looking for a map plugin for your site, don't think about it twice!

Firstly, I do love the features of this plugin and it was exactly what I was looking for to help make a custom map for a client. There was one thing that it didn't do that would have made my life easier and so I reached out to support. I was delighted when the developer logged in and made a change to the plugin so worked just as I wanted! This was all done within 24 hours of buying the plugin too. Tremedous support!

Excellent support. I asked for help. Support asked for clarification and they got me the steps to fix my issue on the next email. So rare these days that support listens to the problem and really helps.

Deberian hacer que fuese posible hacer estas dos cosas a la vez: 1º) al pinchar con el raton en un market que te dirigiese a una url 2º) Al pasar el raton sobre el market que pusiese una descripción. La documentación deberia estar tambien en español.

The plugin is great. Customer service is great. Every time we contacted them to solve an issue, it is solved right away. They can make use of these small issues and make great improvement on the code otherwise it is a 5 statr. I like it.

The program doesn't work with mobile phones. So if you click on an icon, it does nothing. The Locate Me" icon puts your address in the ""to"" rather than from box. If you hover over an icon it gives you the information about the location. But you cannot click the icon to get directions. Very poor and much more expensive than WP Google Maps"

I gave a 1 star rating before regarding a custom coding I've bought but I am rewriting my review. The custom code was delivered and it is exactly what I was looking for. They do get back to you however the turnaround time and response does take a while. They do try to work with you to make sure you are happy with the results. Overall, it was a positive experience despite the turnaround time. I would buy this plugin again in this future for myself and my clients.

It's a must-have store locator plugin that seamlessly integrates with WooCommerce. Now, as site admins, we can beautifully showcase all our stores on Google Maps. What's even more impressive is that it displays nearby stores on product detail pages, helping users make informed buying decisions.

I have had this plugin for a couple of years now and have had consistent great customer service. Lots of features and functionality with this plugin - I have also worked with the developer on custom features specific for my site. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

We're extremely pleased with the outcome of our custom WordPress map and also with the fantastic customer support we have been provided. I have dealt with Ashok Singh and his responses have always been extremely prompt and helpful, in spite of a big time zone difference. Excellent work guys!

I've asked for help several times and the customer support I received does not help. They only respond out of courtesy and don't give insight on how to fix any problems with the map. Be warned, if you buy this, customer support is atrocious and lackluster.

This is definitely not a premium plugin. There is no support. They only reply to your emails when you give them a 1-star review.
