How to reset all feedback reviews to 0?

A user can delete all reviews of his post and reset it to 0. Users can easily reset feedback reviews to 0.

Follow some steps to reset feedback reviews to 0:-

1. Access Plugin Settings:-
   Navigate to the WePlugins->Was This Helpful Plugin menu backend.
2. Configure Reset Rating:-
   Scroll down to the Reset Rating section and check the Reset Reviews checkbox to reset the reviews.
3. Save Settings:-
   Click on the Save Settings button on the Settings page to save the changes.
4. Confirm Reset:-

   A popup message will appear; click on the OK button to confirm the reset.

   You can verify that the reviews have been reset to 0 in two ways:

   Option A: Go to your posts or pages in the backend. Click on ‘All Posts’ or ‘All Pages’, and you’ll see that the positive and negative reviews have been updated to 0.
