I download and installed the plugin and had my emails customized in two minutes. I have been searching for a better way to customize the email sent when a new user registers because we need to provide some specific instructions according to the use of our specialized directory template and this one solved the problem instantly. Not sure why other commenter had any problems so far I am not seeing any issues with this plugin it installed easily and works flawlessly far as I can see.

Great plugin. It does what it says that it does. Creating maps and markers is a breeze - and it is even easier to create routes. The only suggestion that I would make for future - is please make it even easier to include hyperlinks in map marker descriptions. But with this - I am nitpicking. Customer support is also absolutely fantastic.

Functions as you'd expect and is fairly customizable, however, the documentation is essentially useless. There are also some serious limitations to customizations without extensions (haven't got any so I can't speak to extensions) and a lack of back-end simplicity which makes it a bit challenging or time-consuming to make some simple updates. The support has been quick and helpful at least!

This is an excellent product which has enabled me to migrate from the soon-to-be removed Google Earth plugin in quick time. Although very minor changes to the way my website worked were necessary to accommodate this plugin, the flexibilty it provided meant not only could I achieve the task but enhance the end-product considerably. Support has also been very good. Documentation beyond the online demo and code would have merited another star.
