At WePlugins, the security of our customers’ websites is our highest priority. We are writing to inform all WP Maps Pro users about an important security issue that was recently identified and fully resolved.

What Happened?
We identified a security issue related to the “Temporary Access” feature. In some cases, unauthorized users may have been able to gain administrator access through an account created using the following email address: support@flippercode.com
As soon as the issue was discovered, our team immediately investigated and released security updates to fully resolve the vulnerability.
Security Fix Released
The issue has been completely fixed in the following versions:
- WP Maps Pro 6.1.1
- WePlugins Core 1.0.7
We strongly recommend all users update immediately.
Required Actions
Please follow the steps below to fully secure your website.
Step 1: Remove Unauthorized User Accounts
Go to: WordPress Admin → Users → All Users
Carefully review all administrator accounts and delete:
- Any user associated with: support@flippercode.com
- Any unknown administrator accounts that were not created by you or your team
This is the most important first step.
Step 2: Update WP Maps Pro
If you purchased WP Maps Pro from Codecanyon, please update to:
WP Maps Pro 6.1.1

Step 3: Update WePlugins Core Plugin
If you are using the WePlugins Subscription version, please update:
WePlugins Core to Version 1.0.7
First:
Download and update the latest WePlugins Core plugin from our website.

Then:
Update WP Maps Pro to the latest version.
