How to use manage_users_extra_tablenav action in WordPress

Fires immediately following the closing “actions” div in the tablenav for the users list table.

To use manage_users_extra_tablenav action, first you have to register it using add_action. You can write this code into functions.php of your activated theme or in a custom WordPress Plugin.
